GLENVILLE — Upstate CBD, one of the region’s newest cannabidiol or CBD dispensaries, will have a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. Jan. 21 at 126 Saratoga Road. The store offers CBD hemp buds, tinctures, edibles, extractions, topicals, and pet products, which deliver an array of therapeutic effects.

Owner Donald Andrews started selling the products at Vaped City in Scotia and at his original Upstate CBD in Schenectady, and the Glenville store represents a significant expansion.
